MarketPro, Inc. collects personal data for the purpose of providing recruiting
and related services for our clients and assisting candidates in applying
for open positions. This Site collects the career-related personal data
you submit during the registration process. MarketPro, Inc. may also collect
additional information about you relevant to the recruitment service we
provide to our clients, including a record of any contact we may have
with you in the course of recruitment assignments and details of reference
checks, education verification and other recruitment-related research
we may carry out.

Persons under age 18 are not eligible to submit personal data through
this Site.
Use, Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
By registering on this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of
this Privacy Policy, so that MarketPro, Inc. may collect, use, store,
maintain, transfer and delete your personal data in accordance with this
Privacy Policy. The personal data you provide to this Site via registration
is stored on secured servers that are protected by our Privacy Policy
regardless of their physical location. Your data may be accessed by MarketPro,
Inc. representatives. MarketPro, Inc. will only release your personal
data to its clients (potential employers) or other third parties (MarketPro,
Inc. business partners) with your prior express consent. MarketPro, Inc.
will first require them to agree to use your personal data based on a

like MarketPro, Inc. to delete your registration profile from our database,
please send an email message to talentagent@marketproinc.com, put "Remove
User" in the subject line of that email, and include your full name,
your e-mail address you registered with, and your telephone number in
the body of the message.
Data Security and Integrity
MarketPro, Inc. takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data from
loss, misuse or other unauthorized uses and to remove your personal data
when it is no longer required for its intended purposes. MarketPro, Inc.
cannot, however, guarantee that loss, misuse or unauthorized use will
never occur (for example, that someone will not overcome our security
measures and "hack" our website). MarketPro, Inc. reserves the
right to delete your registration profile if we believe it is out of date,
incorrect or unlikely to have relevance to future recruitment assignments.

time to time and in its sole discretion. If the Privacy Policy for this
