MarketPro has partnered with a leading brand in Atlanta, GA in search a Long-term Contract Email Product Marketing Manager. The Email Product Marketing Managers will be leading business efforts for tactical & strategic projects for the enhancement of client’s ecommerce, mobile, digital & self-service products. Develop subject-matter expertise as a email product owner and create business requirements for new product improvements. Implement solutions that shift manual transactions to the right channel and result in cost savings as well as solutions that generate new revenue streams or shift existing revenue streams to self-service.
-Responsible for establishing & implementing strategic & tactical enhancements to client’s self-service site-wide products.
-Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure plans to enhance site-wide products are integrated where applicable through other products & channels.
-Defining, testing and launching e-mail and lead nurturing campaigns
-Develop email customer-facing channels
-Develop testing and optimization plans for segmentation, targeting, content, creative and landing pages
-Develop an email marketing strategy to optimize email KPIs, including conversion and sales
-Independently own, plan, and execute email campaigns and oversee their full cycle: creative development, segmentation and data processing, pre-deployment testing and QA, and back-end analysis
-Working with Marketing colleagues to obtain assets for emails; ensuring timeliness and quality of all deliverables.
-Quality checking customer lists for use in email campaigns.
-Generating campaign reports; analyzing campaign effectiveness and communicating
-Create and maintain competitive information & analysis to determine areas where client’s ecommerce products needs to improve or has competitive advantage, in an effort to become and remain a world-class, industry leading site
-Develop subject-matter expertise as a product owner of client’s email products
-Implement self-service solutions that shift manual transactions to the web, resulting in cost savings.
-Implement solutions that generate new revenue streams or shift existing revenue streams to self-service
-Lead strategic analysis involving prioritization & optimization of product enhancements to deliver world-class capabilities while enhancing the customer experience
-Define success criteria & metrics of new product improvements & perform post-implementation analysis
-Develop both strategic & tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being
-BA or BS
-5 years of relative marketing experience
-At least 3 years experience working on eCommerce/ E-Mail Campaign management self-service products.
-E-commerce experience with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tactics, contact strategy development, campaign optimization and campaign planning
-Hands-on experience managing email campaigns and delivery through one of the major email service providers, either in a client or agency role
-Ability to articulate and champion email marketing best practices and standard
-Marketing & analytical experience, the travel/entertainment industry, loyalty programs, and consumer behavior preferred.
-Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team environment and delivering results on time and on budget.
-Strong leadership skills, written & oral communication skills, positive attitude, & able to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment.
