Online Marketing Acquisitions Specialist | Digital CRM Manager

MarketPro is seeking an Online Marketing Acquisitions Specialist in the Atlanta area. This person will report to the Digital CRM Manager and they will be responsible for Customer Acquisition & On-Boarding and responsible for managing digital communications to new customers from the prospect phase (pre-acquisition) through acquisition, the initial welcome/setup, and customer on-boarding process. Specific responsibilities include lead/prospect generation, customer acquisition (tied to KPIs), effective on-boarding and setup.

To be effective in this role, the candidate will need to be capable of managing multiple complex projects under manager’s supervision. Also critical to success will be an ability to gain alignment / coordination across a number of cross-functional teams.

 

Experience:

  1. B2C experience
  2. Online Marketing acquisitions experience, i.e. affiliate marketing, SEO, SEM, email
  3. New customer onboarding / enagagment
  4. Worked with new product launches
  5. Have a deep working knowledge and experience in online marketing
  6. Should have a strong project management component

 

On a day-to-day basis, this position will utilize digital communication channels to:

1. Acquire new customers

• Develop and execute strategy to generate prospect leads / opt-ins

• Manage 3rd party acquisition partnerships

• Develop and execute online promotions with Internet Sales & Operations

2. Drive New product Launches / Opt-in Process for digital CRM channels

• Partner with Marcom/GTM/Device teams on new product launches

• Develop strategy for integrating products into on-boarding flows

• Drive prospect and base opt-ins for product launches

• Create and execute product launch materials

3. Manage First 90 Day Customer On-Boarding Process

• Create and manage targeted programs to effectively on-board customers

• Develop strategies to facilitate new customer setup, reduce

initial call volumes, and drive down new customer churn rates

• Facilitate referrals / gross add harvesting

4. Define and Execute CRM Strategy

• Develop strategies to generate mobile opt-ins (prospect & customers)

• Mobilize key digital CRM programs

• Manage 3rd party partnerships / vendors

 

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years online marketing / direct marketing / internet experience

• 3 to 5 years project and/or product management experience

• 3 to 5 years experience managing interactive projects (client or agency side)

• Prior eCRM and/or direct response campaign experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Demonstrated experience reporting financial impacts of large scale initiatives

• Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
