MarketPro in hiring an Outbound e-Mail Campaign Specialist for a long term contract. This person will be creating email content using HTML, CSS and a Documentum-based CMS.  They will work with suppliers to obtain assets for emails; ensuring timeliness and quality of all deliverables.

 

Responsibility:

1. Create email campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, open and click thru rates..
2. Creative ideas for lead generation and nurturing with proven results, as well as tracking past event participants to determine level of engagement.
3. Create and edit email templates for Java server pages and HTML/CSS files for B2B and B2C marketing.
4. Quality checking customer lists for use in email campaigns.
5. Running test and production e-mail campaigns.
6. Generating campaign reports; analyzing campaign effectiveness and communicating business results.
7. Report all email campaign results to Analytics team and email owners, measure ROI and leads analysis using Access tables, queries, Excel macros, and analytics applications.
8. Monitoring and managing a group mailbox to gather, document and analyze customer feedback.
9. Supporting a marketing automation solution (targeted for implementation later this year).

 

Required skills:

1. HTML & CSS EXPERT
2. SQL, preferably MS Access ADVANCED
3. Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to present data in a meaningful way to clients. ADVANCED
4. Ability to think logically & critically when solving problems and considering process & platform improvements. ADVANCED
5. Strong MS Excel skills. INTERMEDIATE
6. Strong written & verbal communication skills.
7. Experience with automated marketing tools (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Neolane)
