MarketPro Process:
- Detailed understanding of clients business and talent need(s).
- Thorough research on top talent in marketplace and a detailed campaign to reach them.
- Deep vetting by at least two MarketPro professionals. One interview focused on functional fit and one on leadership / culture fit.
- Presentation of top talent we know exceeds expectations.
- Client interviews
- Reference checks
- Schedule start date and create onboarding plan.
- Follow-up at pre-determined intervals for the next 6 months.
